I created my background by ink blending a rainbow of Distress Oxide Inks on watercolor paper, then using a die cut to layer it on top of a black cardstock base. Stamp is from Ink Road Stamps, colored with Copics, fussy cut and attached with foam dimensional tape. Sentiment is from a snarky Tim Holtz sticker book. Peace.
